  • Take Interstate 5 South
  • Merge onto FWY 134 East (towards Glendale/Pasadena)
  • Merge onto Interstate 210 East
  • Exit Azusa Ave (CA-39 North, exit 40)
  • Azusa Ave becomes San Gabriel Canyon Road (still CA-39)
  • Go 10 miles to East Fork Bridge
