Our Los Angeles training facility is located in the Angeles National Forest in the N/E portion of Los Angeles County. It is an outdoor, remote site. Participants must wear outdoor clothing that protects them from the elements. All participants should wear long pants, appropriate boots or shoes, hat, sunglasses, and have a long sleeve shirt available. You should have sunscreen and sunglases available. Depending on the time of year, you will want a light jacket or sweater. If you are allergic to insect stings, you should bring appropriate prescribed medication and notify the staff upon arrival. Notify staff of any and all medical conditions so that we can plan appropriately. The Los Angeles county Sheriff and Fire Departments provide Air Evacuation for any serious medical emergency. We have direct contact with them. Make sure your vehicle is in good running condition and that you have appropriate gasoline. You will drive 10 (ten) miles on a forest highway and there are no gas stations or other facilities. Following is a guideline on what you need to bring.
