Instructor Development Programs
Instructor certification is an important aspect of reducing liability for your organization. Our instructors are all current or recently retired Law Enforcement Officers with a minimum of 18 years street experience and thousands of hours teaching police officers.
We offer certification programs in:
- Police defensive tactics
- Straight and collapsible baton
- Side-handle baton
- Arrest-Control Tactics
The basic instructor program is a 40 hour course. The certification is valid for twelve months, at which time an instructor must attend a sixteen hour re-certification course.
Our classes emphasize not only the technical skill to perform the techniques, but also teach how to be an effective trainer, so that the skills learned can be passed on to members of one’s organization.

After certification we can provide experts and lawyers to help you investigate use of force claims and offer expert analysis and court testimony for your organization. Each case is evaluated on an individual basis. We do not testify against police agencies. All our services are provided exclusively for the defense of your organization.
