Payment Policies

TRS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at anytime, for any reason.

Payment and refund policies:

TRS reserves the right to change our course fees or payment/registration policies at any time.  These policies are strictly followed to ensure the highest quality of training and professionalism. We will train under any conditions and therefore, will not issue a refund on account of inclement weather.

When you call or email to reserve a spot in a class, you have 7 days to pay for the class. If you do not pay within the limit your reservation will be canceled and the spot given to another person. You can use Paypal online or send us a check.

 

Cancellation Policies:

If you cannot attend a class after paying for it you can apply the payment to another upcoming class within the next 12 months.  If you do not want to attend another class, the following rules apply.

  • If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the class you will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.
  • If you cancel between 30 and 15 days prior to the class you will receive a half refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.
  • If you cancel less than 15 days prior to the class you will not receive a refund.

These procedures are in place to ensure quality training to those who attend the courses. We thank you for your cooperation.
