Tactical Team Movement Level 2 February 5, 2012 (Long Beach, CA)
Due to the nature of the facility, this class is restricted to law enforcement and military personnel. Civilians are not allowed onto the facility. Directions will be sent to you upon registration.
This is day two of a 3-day training series. Topics include:
- Closed-door room entries
- Window porting and team coverage
- Ground and upper level window entries
- Stairwell clearing
- Active-shooter Rapid Deployment
- Oficer-Down rescues
- Urban Team Obstacle Course
Equipment Requirements:
- Comfortable training attire
- Closed toe shoes or boots
- Handheld flashlight
- Weapons light (recommended)
- Gloves & kneepads (recommended)
- Unloaded handgun or plastic training gun (I can supply red gun if needed)
- Airsoft handgun (with BB’s and gas) (MANDATORY)
- Clear eye protection (MANDATORY)
- Note-taking gear
- Cameras welcome
Class Information:
Class 8AM-4PM. Please be in the parking lot by 7:45 AM
K9 Officers are welcome to bring their dogs and bite gear
You will be engaging targets with airsoft guns during class!
The cost of the class is $85 (you can register on our calendar page)
Airsoft Gun Information:
There is a good local store that sell airsoft guns. It is Evike in San Gabriel (www.evike.com). You can get a handgun for about $100 and stock up on a bag of BB’s and a can of green gas. Airsoft guns are a great training tool. Teams coming together can share BB’s and gas to save money. They last a long time.
